How will people get a free solar system? Procedure set
The Punjab government will install solar system in easy installments for domestic consumers
Under the program, the Punjab government will initially install solar systems to 45 lakh domestic consumers in easy installments
In the house in which this solar system will be installed, its units will be seen first
For installation of solar system, domestic customers need to send the ID card number and reference number on the electricity bill to 8800.
which will complete the registration process. After the registration is completed, the solar stem will be given to the domestic users through a draw.
Initially, consumers will pay 25 percent of the cost of solar through Bank of Punjab and National Bank
No interest will be charged on this amount, customers will have to pay the original cost of solar in installments over 5 years
The consumer has to pay the cost of solar in installments in the form of electricity bill
A company registered with the government will install a solar system at their home for customers who are eligible for solar power
These solar plants will start installation in September or October
The government will give free solar panels to consumers who use up to 200 units
Customers using 200 to 500 units will be provided interest free loan
While for consumers using more than 500 units, the government will contribute 75% interest-free loan.
Who will get how many kilowatts of solar system?
Household consumers with monthly electricity consumption of 50 units or less will be given 500 watts, while household consumers with 50 to 100 units will be given a 1 kilowatt solar system.
Users of 200 to 300 units will be able to install 1100 watts, 300 to 400 units will be able to install 1650 watts and 500 units will be able to install up to 2200 watts.
Domestic consumers whose electricity consumption is up to 500 units in a year will be able to benefit from this scheme.
The house having only one meter will be able to benefit from this Roshan Gharana scheme
The user must also be a filer to avail this scheme
In case of non-filer, the system will not accept the user’s details
Consumers who are availing Benazir Income Support Program or any other government assistance program will not be able to benefit from this scheme for purchasing solar system.
In Roshan Gharana scheme, consumers who steal electricity will not get solar system
The government found through the reference number and identity card number that no FIR of electricity theft was registered against this customer.

گھریلو صارفین کو پنجاب حکومت آسان اقساط پر سولر سسٹم لگا کر دے گی
پروگرام کے تحت ابتدائی طور پر 45 لاکھ گھریلو صارفین کو پنجاب حکومت آسان اقساط پر سولر سسٹم لگا کر دے گی
یہ سولر سسٹم جس گھر میں لگایا جائے گا سب سے پہلے اسکے یونٹس دیکھے جائیں گے
سولر سٹم لگوانے کے لیے گھریلو صارفین کو 8800 پر شناختی کارڈ نمبر اور بجلی بل پر درج ریفرنس نمبر کو بھیجنا ہوگا
جس سے رجسٹریشن کا عمل مکمل ہوگا رجسٹریشن مکمل ہونے کے بعد قرعہ اندازی کے ذریعے گھریلو صارفین کو سولر سٹم دیا جائے گا
ابتدائی طور پر بینک آف پنجاب اور نیشنل بینک کے ذریعے صارفین سولر کی 25 فیصد قیمت ادا کریں گے
اس رقم پر صارفین پر سود عائد نہیں گا، صارفین کو سولر کی اصل قیمت 5 سال میں قسطوں میں ادا کرنا ہوگی
صارف کو سولر کی قیمت بجلی کے بل کی صورت میں بذریعہ اقساط ادا کرنا ہوگی
جو صارفین سولر سٹم کے اہل ہوں گے ان کے گھر سولر سسٹم حکومت کے پاس رجسٹرڈ کمپنی لگائے گی
یہ سولر سٹم ستمبر یا اکتوبر میں لگنا شروع ہوجائیں گے
200 یونٹ تک استعمال کرنے والے صارفین کو حکومت مفت سولر پینل دے گی
200 سے 500 یونٹس استعمال والے صارفین کو بلا سود قرض فراہم کیا جائے گا
جبکہ 500 یونٹس سے زائد استعمال کرنے والے صارفین کے لیے حکومت 75 فیصد بلا سود قرض کی فراہمی میں اپنا حصہ ڈالے گی
کس کو کتنے کلو واٹ کا سولر سسٹم ملے گا؟
ایسے گھریلو صارفین جن کے بجلی کے ماہانہ یونٹ 50 یا اس سے کم ہیں انہیں 500 واٹ جبکہ 50 سے 100 یونٹ کے گھریلو صارفین کو ایک کلو واٹ کا سولر سسٹم دیا جائے گا
200 سے 300 یونٹ کے صارفین 1100 واٹ، 300 سے 400 یونٹ کے صارفین 1650 واٹ اور 500 یونٹ کے صارفین 2200 واٹ تک کا سسٹم لگوا سکیں گے
ایسے گھریلو صارفین جن کی بجلی کا استعمال ایک سال کے دوران میں 500 یونٹس تک رہا ہے، وہ اس سیکم سے مستفید ہو سکیں گے
جس گھر کا صرف ایک میٹر ہوگا وہی اس روشن گھرانہ اسکیم سے مستفید ہوسکیں گے
اس اسکیم سے فائدہ اٹھانے کے لیے صارف کا فائلر ہونا بھی ضروری ہے
نان فائلر ہونے کی صورت میں سسٹم صارف کے کوائف قبول نہیں کرے گا
وہ صارفین جو بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام یا کسی دوسرے حکومتی امدادی پروگرام سے فائدہ اٹھا رہے ہیں وہ سولر سسٹم کے حصول کی اس اسکیم سے فائدہ نہیں اٹھا سکیں گے
روشن گھرانہ اسکیم میں بجلی چوری کرنے والے صارفین کو سولر سسٹم نہیں ملے گا
حکومت ریفرنس نمبر اور شناختی کارڈ نمبر کے ذریعے دیکھے گئی کہ اس صارف پر پہلے سے بجلی چوری کی کوئی ایف آئی آر تو درج نہیں ہے
