National Outreach Program (NOP)
Introduction: The National Outreach Program (NOP) at LUMS is designed to provide educational opportunities to gifted and talented students across Pakistan who lack financial resources to pursue higher education.
Objectives: NOP’s objective is to assist these students by offering scholarships and additional academic assistance to help them achieve their academic goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements: Students should have minimum 80% marks in Matriculation or O Levels.
Financial Need: The program targets students who cannot afford higher education.
LUMS NOP 2024 Deadline
Step 1: Submit the application
When to apply: Apply for NOP during the first year of Intermediate or A Levels. Students who will complete their studies in 2024 can apply for admission in 2025.
How to Apply: Submit the application form online at nopscs.lums.edu.pk.
Summer Coaching Session
Step 2: Coaching session
All expenses, except travel, are covered by LUMS.
Purpose: The session provides academic and test preparation assistance but does not guarantee admission or scholarship.
Entrance Exam
Step 3: Registration of Entrance Test
Registration: Successful participants of the coaching session will be registered for the LUMS entrance test, the registration fee of which will be covered by LUMS.
Final entry
Step 4: Apply online
Application Submission: Submit the LUMS online admission form through admissions.lums.edu.pk.
Eligibility: Students who meet the academic and examination criteria will be considered for the NOP Scholarship.
