- Final term coverage will consist of full syllabus.
- Punjab Examination Commission will upload an item bank and schools will prepare their unique papers using IBS from their respective school login and ensure that the same is being done by the schools. Any deviation as per the approved assessment policy framework will not be treated as SBA and appropriate action will be taken against the guilty schools/districts.
- Apart from English and Urdu, all question papers will be provided bilingually and schools will be able to prepare papers in English or Urdu as per their convenience.
- Every school has to generate question papers by logging into Itern Bank System (IBS) with QR code showing complete school information with EMIS code (which can be scanned by any QR code scanning app) ).
- Standard marking will be ensured using the keys and rubrics available with the papers in IBS. Teachers will restrict their own class marking but Principals/Headmasters/Head Teachers will ensure “cross-marking” of papers by involving teachers from other classes or schools.

- ہر اسکول کو QR کوڈ کے ساتھ Itern Bank System (IBS) میں لاگ ان کرکے سوالیہ پرچے تیار کرنے ہوں گے جس میں EMIS کوڈ کے ساتھ اسکول کی مکمل معلومات دکھائے جائیں (جسے کسی بھی QR کوڈ اسکیننگ ایپ کے ذریعے اسکین کیا جاسکتا ہے)۔
- IBS میں کاغذات کے ساتھ دستیاب چابیاں اور rubrics کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے معیاری مارکنگ کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔ اساتذہ اپنی کلاس کی مارکنگ پر پابندی لگائیں گے بلکہ پرنسپلز/ہیڈ ماسٹرز/ہیڈ ٹیچرز دوسری کلاسوں یا اسکولوں کے اساتذہ کو شامل کرکے پیپرز کی “کراس مارکنگ” کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔
