1. The name of the department and district will be automatically selected and uneditable.
2. Select Tehsil name from the drop down menu.
3. Enter the name of the site.
eg:
Lawn No. 1, GGES ISLAMIA
and type of plantation
ie Linear
or Compact (certain pattern case)
Choose one of the.
4. Enter the area of the planted area and select its (measurement) unit from the drop-down menu.
Note: For linear type planting, the unit Km (or) Mile will be selected.
Whereas: For compact type planting, unit _ square feet Sq-ft (or) Acre will be selected.
5. Enter the full address of the planting site. Example: GGES ISLAMIA
6. Enter the number of plants planted and select the type (name) of the plant from the drop-down menu in front of it.
7. Admin (i.e. user) can add details (name) of more than one type of plants by clicking the plus (+) sign next to the number of plants button.
8. Coordinates
(Latitude, Longitude)
Click the To Fetch GPS Location button to get it.
9. Upload a photo of plantation/plantation by clicking on the image button (at least 01 photo is mandatory).
10. Click the Submit button to save the information (that is, put it in the application record).

1. محکمہ اور ضلع کا نام خود کار طریقے سے منتخب اور ناقابل ترمیم ہو گا.
2. تحصیل کا نام ڈراپ ڈاؤن مینو سے منتخب کریں.
3. سائٹ کا نام درج کریں.
مثلاً:
Lawn No. 1, GGES ISLAMIA
اور شجرکاری کی ٹائپ
یعنی Linear (سیدھی قطار کی صورت)
یا Compact (مخصوص پَیٹَرن کی صورت)
میں سے ایک کو منتخب کریں.
4. جتنی جگہ پر شجرکاری کی گئی ہے، اِس کا رقبہ درج کریں اور ڈراپ ڈاؤن مینو سے اِس (پیمائش) کا unit منتخب کریں.
نوٹ: Linear ٹائپ شجرکاری کے لیے اکائی_ کلومیٹر Km (یا) میل Mile کو منتخب کیا جائے گا.
جبکہ: Compact ٹائپ شجرکاری کے لیے اکائی_ مربع فٹ Sq-ft (یا) ایکڑ Acre کو منتخب کیا جائے گا.
5. شجرکاری کی جگہ کا مکمّل ایڈریس درج کریں. مثلاً: GGES ISLAMIA
6. لگائے گئے پودوں کی تعداد درج کریں اور اس کے سامنے ڈراپ ڈاؤن مینو میں سے پودے کی ٹائپ (نام) منتخب کریں.
7. ایڈمن (یعنی یوزر) پودوں کی تعداد والے بَٹن کے ساتھ پلس (+) کے سائن پر کَلِک کرکے، ایک سے زائد قسم کے پودوں کی تفصیلات (نام) شامل کرسکتا ہے.
8. کوآرڈینیٹس
(عرض البلد Latitude، طول البلد Longitude)
حاصل کرنے کے لیے To Fetch GPS لوکیشن بَٹن کو کلک کریں.
9. اِمیج بَٹن پر کَلِک کرکے شجرکاری/ پودے لگانے کی تصویر اَپلوڈ کریں (کم از کم 01 تصویر لازمی ہے).
10. معلومات کو save کرنے (یعنی ایپلیکیشن ریکارڈ میں ڈالنے) کے لیے Submit بٹن پر کلک کریں.
